This is the 2nd time I have ordered this REMOP20 replacement switch from the Recliner Doctor. The first time it was done through the warranty service I had at the time for one of my theater chairs. I was crafty enough to keep the information on the part and where it came from just in case I ever had to make the purchase on my own. Sure enough, I had to replace 2 others and I placed the order. It was easy, seamless and I received them well before I thought I would. The switches have been installed and my chairs are back functioning as though they are brand new. Thank you!
