We needed a recliner fixed asap due to a medical condition - the chair was in great shape, the wires going into the handheld remote not so much. The chair dealer would have been able to try and figure out how to get the switch, order it, and might have it in a week to 10 days. We found a compatible switch here at Recliner Doctor, ordered it on Sunday, it shipped Monday, and it's in and working Wednesday. Top shelf part, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

As a rule I usually don't do reviews, but this experience was so good that it was warrants deviation. Faster than expected shipping, plug & play replacement, solved my problem in minutes. The controller was my issue, not the harness, so the quick disconnect fitting removed the need to rewire the chair.

Everything I received was to order, I just wished it would have fixed my problem.
